Veggie Man!
Today for the Summer Learning Journey, our task was to create a fruit and vegetable collage. I used Google Drawings to insert pictures of vegetables and fruit and make a collage of a vegetable man. For example, cabbage head, tomato eyes, apple body, celery legs and a banana nose etc. Here is my Veggie man/collage.

What a fantastic fruit and vegetable inspired piece of artwork you have created! Veggie Man looks absolutely AMAZING! I really like the way you have used such a wide variety of veggies to create your portrait and I think it was very cool how you chose to use a cabbage for his head.
My favourite fruit is probably watermelon although I really like nectarines and strawberries too. What is your favourite?
Did you enjoy learning about the Italian artist Giuseppe Arcimboldo? I thought he was such an interesting artist and very clever to create such detailed paintings. To add to your post, do you think you can share three interesting facts about Giuseppe Arcimboldo? I'd love to read them!
