Today for the Summer Learning Journey I chose to complete the tent site maths problem. I found this task quite easy, but it was challenging at the same time! Anyways, here is my work...
Fiona here from the Summer Learning Journey. You have done a fantastic job completing the Camp Ground SLJ activity - ka pai! I really like the way you have coloured in the tent sites and included a helpful image of a small tent so we can clearly see where the sites are. Fantastic detail!
I am very impressed by your maths skills. You did a great job creating three different plans, then using excellent maths to calculate and compare your plans. You are right that plan A makes the most money but it would certainly be a bit crowded! You understand how important it is to have space around a campsite so people can walk through and you have thought about the need for car parking. Well done! Do you go camping with your family?
