Mrs Shaw's Challenge

Mrs Shaw's challenge was to create third verse for her song 'Sit a while'.
My sister Hayley (https://matawaihayleyd.blogspot.com/2020/) played the Ukulele for me.
Here is our verse that we created... https://www.wevideo.com/view/1632348399

  1. Good Morning Tim and Hayley. This is fantastic! I am so happy to see your faces and hear you super cool verse! Great uke playing Hayley-you two are a great team, working together on this challenge. Funny how I thought of goats too! Have a happy day.

  2. Kia ora Tim and Hayley,
I'm a Manaiakalani facilitator that works with Mrs Torrie, who visits your school. I was so excited to see your video pop up when I was looking through blogs this morning. What great composers you are! Mrs Shaw set you a great challenge and you've created such a wonderful verse! Your piece about 'sail a boat' made me think about Isabel's post (https://matawaiisabelr.blogspot.com/2020/03/home-school-pirate-ship.html) she created last week. I could imagine her and Phoebe singing this song too, it's so similar to their life on the farm.
Maybe to add extra interest to your post you could create a Google Drawing of some of your ideas from your verse, or take a photo of you and Hayley to add to your post.
    Keep up the great blogging!

  3. Kia ora Tim and Hayley,
what a great new verse you added to the song. It was so nice to hear you singing and to see the concentration on your faces. What a great Ukulele teacher you must have!
I wonder what Mrs Shaw's next challenge will be?

Love your song creation. What a great challenge from Mrs Shaw!
How about embedding the video in your blog? Do this from your Drive (WeVideo should be set to save to Drive). That way you can find the video again easily. See this blog post to embed your video.
